About Me

I'm a sophomore at Stanford, studying electrical engineering 🔌, concentrating on hardware and software 🖥️.I'm also a systems programmer, machine learning engineer, product builder, and science-fiction reader.I'm originally from Jakarta, Indonesia 🇮🇩. Something tells me my parents are huge car enthusiasts 🏎️. They must have really enjoyed listening to the revving of their engines that they dared to name their son after such sound: Vroom 💨.I like to teach myself a little bit of UI/UX design 🖥️ 🎨 on the side and I'm a huge proponent for skeuomorphism.Indeed, I look up to Scott Forstall, the forefather of skeuomorphic UI, and coincidentally, he attended Stanford 🌲 as well! I didn't realize this until the end of my freshman year, which really got me thinking about how beautiful the universe 🌌 can work sometimes.My interests lie in the applications of game-theoretic machine learning and artificial intelligence on resource allocation of communication networks, as well as designing human-centered products and studying philosophy.
